UW Game

UW vs Oregon Game - 2009
(Zach, Kim, Jessie, Scott, Jeff, Karen)
Well, if any of you watched or heard about the loss to Oregon...you will understand our pain! However, we had a great day with family & friends - so it was well worth it. The one positive about the game is that it didn't rain. We lucked out with a beautiful day in downtown Seattle. This group above went to The Zone to tailgate before the game and then we met up with my long-time friend and college roommate Judy & her husband Kyler and our friends from Chelan, Damian & Jamie, and Ryan. What a fun group to hang with!

With my sisters - don't we look great in our purple gear?!
After the game we went to Eastlake Bar & Grill. It overlooks the water and has great food. Then we ended up back in Redmond for a pickup basketball game. We had so much fun playing on our friend Ryan's outdoor bball court. But...the boys didn't know that us girls are college athletes! The girls definitely gave the boys a run for their money! Too bad we didn't bet anything :)

Sara & Jorden, you girls are so funny! I guess that first picture looks a little suspicious, 3 girls & 3 boys. That was only part of our group...and yes Jeff is a friend of Kim & Zach and is engaged to one of Kim's friends. Jeff's fiance couldn't make it because she had to work! O.K glad we got that cleared up:) It was a fun group at the game, too bad UW didn't play better:) Those ducks are hard to quack! KG
