Instead of selling our condo, we are renting it out. Some of our very good friends are moving here (because of a new job) and needed a place to rent. How's that for timing? So, we are in the process of packing up our place and moving to Waterville. What's in Waterville you say? We're moving into the home of Zach's Grandma (she passed away last March). This is the house we will buy once we sell our condo. In the meantime, we are fixing/cleaning up the Waterville home (with the help of all our family) to live in for awhile before we do the major remodel.
So...goodbye to Chelan for now.

It is awesome that you found a solution and will be able to reduce both of your commutes.
I can't believe you are moving out of Chelan. I can't wait to see what you do to the house!!! Miss you. I am addicted to the books, yicks!
