Zach and I celebrated our ninth anniversary in September. I could go on and on about how thankful I am to be married to Zach, but I'll just say that every year is better. Every year is a blessing. Every year I love Zach more. The end.
We took a quick trip up to Stehekin over Labor Day weekend. It was the 1st time we drove ourselves up in the boat and I loved this version so much more. We took a picnic lunch and drinks and just had a great time cruising up to the top of the lake. Hopefully we make it a yearly tradition even if it's not for our anniversary.
A few weeks later we took Graham and we headed off to Seaside for a family vacation. Last year we did Whistler and this year I really wanted to see the Oregon coast. First time for me. It was wonderful. A little different with Graham than I had expected, but it was a great vacation/anniversary trip for us. We spent a week at the WorldMark resort there and it's right on the ocean (or as close as you can get to it).
Once again I am amazed at the amount of stuff that goes along with us as we travel with Graham. What a process it is to load and unload. I'm so thankful to have Zach - couldn't imagine doing it without him.
pretty organized right? |
anything to keep him busy while we packed up |
We spent lots of time at the beach and at the pool. The weather was pretty good the whole week we were there - so I'm thankful for that. Although not warm enough for me to do much swimming. Graham loved exploring the beach/sand and for some reason loved the nasty seagulls.
We did the whole touristy stuff but mostly we just spent time together. Isn't that the best?
this is one of my favorite pics of all time! |
Hopefully we'll be back!
